I was going through a tough time when I read this meaning. The passage was a call to wait. When you wrong the Creator, you are bound for a rough road. But God is a loving God and He loves us all even when we fail Him.

He will always love us and will forgive us when we do wrong to Him. The day that our trust in Him is returned to us, then we will see that His plan is perfect and He knows what is best for us.
